Venture off the beaten track! Two decades ago, a huge volcanic eruption changed the lives of thousands of people whose ways of life have never been the same. Join us on this unique and authentic journey to appreciate the deep traditions and the inspiring stories of the Aeta people.
We’ll trek between mountains and through rivers to discover the culture of the Aetas of Sitio Yangil. You’ll get to learn about their food, dance, music, archery, and herbal medicine from the youth and elders of the village.
Join in rebuilding a 3,000 hectare rainforest that will provide food, medicine, and sustainable income for the Aeta community. <3
We’ll end the day with a cold beer by the shores of Liwliwa :) You can also choose to stay overnight so you can try surfing the next morning!
